Deering Manor is a 5-story, HUD subsidized Section 8 apartment building located in the heart of Nashwauk, Minnesota. Our building offers safe, peaceful, small town living for those 62 years of age and older and individuals with disabilities. CURRENTLY OFFERING SUBSIDIZED AND MARKET-RATE HOUSING TO THOSE 18+! We offer an onsite laundry facility, off-street parking, a library, a gym, and a community room with a kitchen. Our Coffee Club gets together every morning in the community room. There are also other fun events like bingo, summer BBQs, and karaoke parties throughout the year. There is a flu shot clinic every autumn, free tax preparation by AARP volunteers every spring, and weekly delivery with Meals on Wheels program.
