Details: Raspberry Ridge is a landmark building located in downtown Hopkins. The apartment building opened in 1924 as Hopkins' first high school. Later, when a new high school was constructed, the building became South Jr. High, which was later saved from the wrecking ball and converted into the apartment complex it is today, utilizing the existing brick structure, which created unique apartments.
