The Community is made up of 5 one-story buildings and includes 19 one-bedroom units, 1 two-bedroom unit and 2 studio units. The average size of a one-bedroom unit is approximately 522 square feet. All residents must meet income restrictions as established by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
