Details: Originally built in 1905 to be used as company suites and residential apartments for a local manufacturer of metalworking tools, the building was quickly converted to the Weldon Hotel. Weldon was not only the first all concrete hotel in New England, it was also one of the most appealing and most expensive hotels in the region.
