Location: Valley Center, KS - 67147 Contact Phone: (316) 755-0404 Details: Amenities: Off-street parking for all residents; Pest Control every three months; A/C Furnace filter change every three months; Newly constructed Shelter Room for 50 people with back up generators for residents on oxygen, as well as a shelter room inside our main building; Community room in main building open to all residents and can be reserved for family functions; A craft room located at each end of the main building; Valley Center Lending Library rotates books every three months; Water, sewer, gas heat and trash paid (Phase I) Resident pays their own electric; Phase II two bedroom apts, resident pays both gas and electric - SFG pays water and trash; Phase III - residents pay their own electric and SFG pays the water and trash; One Pet allowed under 20 pounds (additional $150 deposit required which can be paid in $50 increments); Weekly activities that you can join or not join depending on what you like to do. (Dominoes, Marbles, Card games, Sing-a-longs, Puzzles, Pot luck, Bingo, seminars, etc.) |
