Location: Riley, KS - 66531 Contact Phone: (785) 485-2687 Details: The Riley Centre Apartments was dedicated on April 26, 1981. The project was financed by revenue bonds issued to the Housing Authority. In 1978 the City of Riley created the Riley Housing Authority as an independent agent of the city. In 2006 the bonds were purchased by the Riley Housing Authority and a Board of Directors was installed and a Manager was hired to take over the finances and running of the complex from the City of Riley. We are a Section 8 Multi-Family 24 unit complex partially funded thru HUD. The rents are determined by a percentage of your gross income. There are no pets allowed. |
