Details: The Hill Arboretum Apartments are the only apartments in OTR’s portfolio that we did not build from the ground up. The Hill Arboretum Apartments were created in 1991, from the conversion of a former community hospital facility into a single level apartment building. In 2011, Hill underwent a major renovation of systems and unit kitchen areas. Residents now enjoy stainless steel appliances, Shaker cabinetry, and wood-look laminate flooring in their kitchens and entry ways. Residents have the option of signing up for the meal plan which provides high quality dinners for a modest fee 5 days a week. Hill residents benefit from great community resources including schools, shopping, and public transportation with good access to the PACE bus that provides dial-a-ride service to people with physical disabilities.
