Batavia Apartments is a 290 unit multifamily housing development, comprised of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Of our apartments, 258 are subsidized through the HUD Section 8 Program under which our residents pay only 30% of their adjusted income for rent. The remaining 32 apartments are Market Rate apartments. We have 18, three story garden style walk up buildings with extensive grounds that include a children’s playground area and fenced basketball court. Batavia Apartments also offers a Resident Resource Center with computer lab, where our residents can gather for tutoring services, educational programs and many other personal enrichment activities. A Resident Service Coordinator is on staff to provide our residents with support and advocacy while linking them to the community services available in your area. |

Location: Batavia, IL - 60510 Contact Phone: (630) 879-0350 Details: Surrounded by the beautiful Fox River, flowers and trees, Riverain Point, located in Batavia, offers 84 one-bedroom apartments for seniors 62 years and older, and physically disabled persons 18 years and older. The apartments are located in Batavia, a caring community that has easy-to-get-to activities. Residents pay for their own electricity and telephone. Apartment amenities: Wall-to-wall carpeting (in bedroom and living room); Individually controlled heat; Air conditioning; Electric stove and refrigerator; Vertical blinds; Private outdoor patio; In-house cable TV service; Bathroom grab bars. In addition, nine of apartments are designed for residents who are physically challenged. These units are designed so that the resident can roll up to the stove and sink. The bathroom also includes a seat in the bathtub. In addition, the building also offers residents: On-site laundry rooms (on two floors); Library and TV room; Dining room; Kitchen.
