We have one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartments. Rent includes your water, sewer and garbage. The rent is prorated from the time you move in. We have a reasonable security deposit which we can prorate into your monthly rent fee. A screening fee is required to process your application. We have a great bulk rate deal with the cable company. As an extra option you can purchase your cable through us. We also rent out new GE washer/dryer pairs. The rent is prorated from the time you move in. |
