Details: Villa San Marcos, located in the beautiful city of Venice, Florida, offers comfortable and affordable housing for individuals 62 years of age and older. Each apartment home features a large living room/dining room combination, a full size kitchen, bedroom and bath. Other amenities includes carpeting, mini-blinds, refrigerator, stove and central heating and air conditioning. Laundry facilities are located on each of the four floors and are accessible 24 hours a day. Various resident activities are held frequently in the bright and cozy community room just off the first floor lobby. In addition, our on-site service coordinator provides assistance to residents in finding and accessing any needed social services. Each apartment has a built-in smoke detector and fire sprinkler system. The bedroom and bath have pull cords for emergency assistance and all bathrooms are equipped with grab bars.
