    For nearly 50 years, Seabury Cooperative Housing, Inc. has provided housing for individuals and families that need it most. All units are affordable housing, housing vouchers accepted along with a Section 8 waitlist. Rental fee with electricity, gas, heat, hot water included. All units are affordable housing, income restrictions apply and rental subsidies available. ?The complex consists of 87 housing units within two separate buildings: one 7-story high-rise and one 2-story low-rise. There is a beautifully landscaped courtyard and a well-lit, off-street parking area. Within the building is a community room that is used to host monthly membership meetings and other activities. ?At Seabury Cooperative Housing, we are a family. If we see something, we say something. Neighbors helping neighbors is what we are about. The owner, Seabury Cooperative, Inc., is a non-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors who are active in the affairs and management of the property. A different kind of homeownership. Unlike condominium owners, cooperative members do not individually own the units they occupy. Instead, they own shares that entitle them to occupy their units. Membership fee is returned when members leave in good standing.
