This community offers both studio apartments and one bedroom apartments. Dunbar is a 126 unit affordable community with a project based Section 8 contract for residents aged 62 years of age or older or those residents that need one or more features of an accessible unit. Dunbar offers one bedroom units. Community amenities include a game room, library area, a community room and spacious outdoor areas. There is a dynamic social program available at the site with monthly activities including specially themed social gatherings, movie nights and more. We also have Resident Services Coordinators on staff to assist residents in locating community based services to maintain their living environment.
