All of our apartments have a living room, mini blinds, formal dining room, step-saving kitchen with refrigerator and electric stove, and small pantry. They are equipped with electric central heat and air and wired for cable and telephone hook-ups, available at the renter’s expense. There is a large conference room with a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator for meetings and family reunions. The on-site laundry facility is in the office complex. Pioneer Apartments are exclusively reserved for people 62 years or older, elderly, disabled, or handicapped. Rent is calculated based on income.
