The office complex also includes a small activity room. Plenty of parking is available. Each apartment includes a refrigerator and range, as well as ceiling fans, mini blinds, carpeted living area, and tile kitchen and bathroom. Emergency pull-cord switches are provided in the bedroom and bathroom of each unit. Each apartment is also wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter’s expense. Lawn care and maintenance are provided. Rent is based on adjusted annual income and utilities are included in the monthly rental rate. |
