Details: Donald Wick Villa consists of 10 homes designated for the elderly on the southern edge of Wittenberg. Each of the one-bedroom apartments includes a kitchen/dining room combination, living room, and bathroom. This building also includes a community room, extra storage, off-street parking, a laundry room available for resident use, and a service coordinator. Service coordinators assist residents in identifying, locating and acquiring the services necessary for them to remain self-reliant and age in place in their own homes. Service coordinators provide assistance and access to community-based supports and resources for individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence. Opened in 2005, St. Peters Dome Housing Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc., pays heat, water, sewer, and trash removal. Income eligible residents pay electricity and rent is based on 30% of their adjusted income.
