Details: Pineview Apartments, conveniently located on the 35-acre wooded campus of Cortland Acres, are one bedroom rentals for persons, 62 years of age or older or disabled (regardless of age). Residents enjoy a sense of community with plenty of opportunities for activity and social interaction. Pineview Apartments provides independent living options with a range of services to meet residents' needs as their health or lifestyles changes. Most of all, residents enjoy life in a casual, friendly community while leaving the burden of property upkeep and management behind. The complex offers a range of services to meet residents’ needs: 530-square-foot living space with full bath, kitchen, bedroom and living room. All apartments are one level with no steps at the entry. Paved walkways and ramps make it safe and easy to get around; they also offer convenient access to parking. Interior and exterior maintenance services. Personal care services available through local resources. Common area for residents includes a grassy area ideal for planting flowers. On-site medical clinic. Rent varies according to the resident's income, assets, and medical expenses.
