Details: Mount Aaron Village owned by Mount Aaron Village LLC and professionally managed by Cornerstone Property Managers, LLC. Our community is operated under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This community is designated to facilitate the housing needs of low-income households. The tenant is responsible for payment of gas and electric bills in the townhouses and only the electric bill in the 3-story building. Water, Sewer and Trash is included in the rent. This property offers off street parking, Energy Star appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) and fixtures, common laundry rooms and washer/dryer hookups in the townhouses. City bus service is available directly in front of the Project site. All income and qualification information provided by applicants must be verified before occupancy. Income qualification and certification process must also be completed annually upon lease renewal. Standard security deposits have been established and are equal to one month’s rent.
