People are frightened, repairs aren't being done and communication between tenants and management is is the form of threats of eviction without discussion. A group of tenants is headed to court to get management to abide by their rules and leases, as well as Colorado landlord-tenant laws.Do you have experience with MT. BLANCA VIEW?
