Comment from Dlh123 on 2024-12-01 21:18:00: Only been here a month and a half already the manager has tried to violate my lease for non payment of rent when I've already paid for the month I moved in and the next month in advance then gave her the next month in advance I think I'm being singled out and I have no idea why now she says I owe another 175.00 foroctober rent when it was pro rated by sec 8 and my rent monthly is only 130.00 so what is the 175.00 for you xactly I don't understand and my sec 8 worker says that don't make any sense and is looking into it and will let me know after the hidatDo you have experience with TWIN OAKS APARTMENTS?
