Comment from Anonymous on 2015-10-22 21:43:53: I'm not the type of person to leave reviews. But I have to say these apartments are terrible!!! Just turn around an leave, it's not worth your money! First off I lived here for over a year, my first neighbors where drug dealers who loved to throw loud parties. The apartments did nothing! They let them stay for a year, then finally made them leave. At my current apartment they had me sign a sheet saying that I could be kicked out of there was illegal activity. So it's possible, however the slum lord Janet will tell you all she can do is not let them re sign a lease. Even though I PERSONALLY whitnessed a drug deal and the cops showed up every weekend. Second, the laundry faculties are gross, the apartments are outdated and disgusting and they charged me $700 when I left!!!!! Even though I gave the required notice and talked to the slum lord several times about my situation. I left the apartment clean and still got charged a cleaning fee. Seriously don't waste your time at any colony IV apartments!!! They are just out to get your money!
