Details: Westover Manor is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (also available to those over the age of 18). Residents are conveniently close to shopping and the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids. Our community enjoys a variety of activities in a friendly environment that includes bingo, Wii Bowling, games, potluck suppers. Our residents are active participants in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs. Westover Manor is a smoke-free community. One Bedroom Apartments Include: Safety Rails in Bathroom; Heat Lamps in Bathroom; Full Kitchen; Emergency Call System; Smoke Detectors; Individually Controlled Heat & Air Conditioning; Carpeting; Window Treatments.
