Social isolation resulting from loss of personal mobility can lead to depression and sharp declines in physical health (Maricopa Association of Governments Regional Action Plan on Aging and Mobility). Our Silvercrest Senior Residences provide low-income, subsidized housing for seniors 62 years and older, and people with disabilities. The residences provide one-bedroom and studio apartments to individuals who qualify through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 8-202 programs. The Silvercrest buildings are located next to Salvation Army corps, which allows for many unique opportunities and a strong sense of community.
