Apt was less than diserable due to Feral cats defecating in the grass and in the parking area.,manager June Harper was aware of the problem with the cats. Also there wasn't any on site supervision, The police have been called approximately 4-5 times within the last six months for various complaints. From domestic violence, to loitering.
