Comment from K Erwin on 2016-01-16 04:35:44: My father has lived there at Crescent Manor in East Providence since September 2015 and he has had two things stolen from him right under his nose. This is a low-life building of rejects and thieves and the management company and owners of the building are aware of this and they DO NOT care about it.
