Applicants are limited to elderly individuals 62 years of age or older and to families where the head of household or spouse/co-head is 62 years of age or older. Families must meet the income limits established by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The site features one bedroom units, all of which are one story units with front and back doors and patios. There are handicapped accessible units available within the complex. Westbrooke Apartments has staff on site Monday through Friday with maintenance on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a laundry room available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At Westbrooke Apartments, active senior adults have the opportunity to live independently in a beautiful neighborhood setting. A comfortable community room is on site and is home to activities for residents including monthly dinners, bingo, specialty parties, crafts, exercise classes, card games and more.
