Comment from Anonymous on 2015-05-13 00:54:05: Please do not move to that building. it has bad management and the building stinks of bull crap literally. Trust me I wouldn't take no risk. I should know I lived there. so many people had take that shot and paid the price. It's filthy and anyone who works there will or may come in to your apartment anytime they want and may still things from it. And the property manager she come's into your apartment and take illegal pictures. You could be in bed sleeping or in a shower and she wouldn't care less. The current manager now is Regina Love (aka Regina Robinson or Robertson. She is not making the building any better. She is worser than the one before which her name was Carliss O'Neal but the one now not just worser but meaner too. By the time she gets done destroying you not to sound too graphic but she will make you wish you where dead. That's how very crooked this one really is. She can blame something on you and torment you if she doesn't like you or don't want you there. And any manager in that position always say the same stupid thing I'm the manager I do what I want. But no you don't do what you want that's not how a manager acts. It's a building for the disabled and the seniors so show some respect but does any of that show. No. None respect giving. It's the pk management that manages the place. But the regional manager who works at pk Penny Higgins who works there jumps to the property manager's side and Carliss the one before who officially got fired but not by Penny which she will never do that carless will still been there if hud didn't finally fired her. And what was she fired for ? For ripping off tenants and stealing government money which penny should know that I'm sure of but she jumps to her side anyway even if she's unemployed there. But that's just a little of something of what goes on there. But ignore rental guides and do not wish to believe what you see in them. The building isn't all what it seems. Those are pictures of what the place used to look like before it went downhill. Please take my advice and move some else where do not waste your money and your life and turning it into a living hell.
