Details: Hillcrest Manor is a nonprofit 501c3, 202/8 Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded development located in Leavenworth, Kansas. Because of our agreement with HUD, we accept applications from seniors age 62 and older, and also people age 18 and older with verified disabilities. Hillcrest Manor opened its doors in 1981 with the goal of providing maintenance-free living for seniors and people living with disabilities. The vision was birthed by three churches: Independent Baptist, Sunflower Missionary Baptist, and First Baptist, all located in Leavenworth.
