The Pinemont Apartments offer studio, one and two bedroom apartments, and one and two bedroom apartments with specially designed features for the physically disabled. The property features access-controlled gates, beautiful garden patio areas, resident vegetable gardens, laundry facilities and a community room with a library, large-screen television and on-line computer access. Each of the four three-story buildings has its own elevator, valet garbage pick-up twice a week, each apartment has a private patio with an additional storage area, cable television hook-ups, and in-sink garbage disposal. A monthly newsletter and calendar keeps the residents informed of activities and events. The Pinemont is a non-smoking facility. Our community is a dynamic entity with a caring management team dedicated to providing resident-centered services.
