Until 1974, the site contained the St. Frances Cabrini School which was founded personally by Mother Cabrini herself in 1901. The 16 units that make up Cabrini, located in the 100 block of St. Frances Cabrini Avenue, range in size from 490 square feet to 610 square feet.
