Additionally, an office, community room and laundry amenities are available on the grounds. Other features include: Emergency pull cord systems; Spacious carpeted living areas; Oversized bathrooms; Kitchen pantries; On-site laundry; Planned tenant activities; Peaceful setting. Individuals must be 62 years of age or older and qualify in HUD’s “very low income” bracket. Rental subsidy is available to reduce rent for income eligible tenants to 30 percent of income.
