The 2.23-acre site will be located at 252 Grand Street, West bury, NY 11590. This beautiful energy efficient, senior only development is a mix of 60 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units. Each unit is outfitted with a washer, dryer, and additional linen and bedroom storage. The Homestead Senior Apartments includes a Community Facility with a community room, and mail room. Utilities include municipal water/sewer connections, gas heat and electric provided by PSEG. The Homestead Senior Apartments include 76 parking spaces for the exclusive use of the residents, 12 of which are designated as handicap-only spaces.
