Copenhagen Happy Achers Housing Fund owns the facility and rental subsidies are provided by the NYS Rural Rental Assistance Program. Tenants pay 30% of their income for rent and utilities. The units are one bedroom and include kitchen appliances, carpeting, water, sewer, off-street parking, large yard with grounds keeping, and snow removal. A laundry room, lounge, and community room are available on-site. Tenants must be income eligible and be over 62 years old or be handicapped or disabled of any age. One month basic rent for security deposit is required. Tenant is responsible for utilities. THERE IS NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING. |
