Within the town of Minden are the post office, grocery store, banks, restaurants, a Dollar General, hospital, and much more! The City of Minden is the Christmas City. The Kearney County Courthouse is decorated during the holiday season with over 12,000 colored lights. Its huge dome is a landmark visible for miles.
