Details: We have a HUD Section 811 program that we call the Red Lake Supportive Housing 1 rental program. This housing includes 14 units built in 7 duplexes, some of which are located in each of the four communities on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. All units will be restricted to disabled households. A disabled household means a household composed of one or more persons, at least one of whom is an adult (18 years or older) who has a significant disability. For purposes of this housing, eligible disabilities include those that are physical, mental health, or developmental in nature.
