All units are one bedroom units, 1 bathroom, living room, equipped kitchen, pantries, and balconies on floors 2nd – 5th, the first floor apartments do not have balconies but are a little larger square footage. Floors 2nd – 5th have a storage unit for tenants to store seasonal items, and a garbage chute room for their convenience. Our large community room holds a large kitchen area for guests to utilized or schedule family gathers or monthly potlucks, as well as an area to watch television or utilize our computer and surf the internet. The laundry facility is located on the first floor with three coin-operated washers and three coin-operated dryers. Our building is secured with an intercom system so that no one is allowed in unless tenant allows them. We allow pets, with restrictions, and we are a smoke-free building. |
