Weonit Woods has 23 one-bedroom units and one-two bedroom unit. Applicant must be 62 years of age or handicapped/disabled. Income must not exceed $36,400 for one person; $41,600.00 for two people. No asset limit. (but income from assets cannot exceed income limits). Verification is needed from realtor on value of assets (house, mobile home, etc.). Must show documentation to verify all information on application. Form DD-124 is required for Veteran’s Preference. An eligible applicant will be selected from a waiting list(s) identifying tbe category on basis of the applicant’s unit size needed, income level (very low, low, moderate income, or ineligible). The eligible applicant will further be selected on a first come, first served basis. |
