Each apartment offers safe, affordable, and accessible independent housing for persons who have experienced a traumatic or acquired brain injury or other neurological disorder or physical disability. Amenities include a common room for social gatherings, free internet, laundry facilities and a large courtyard. The Apartments of OWL Creek also offers paid utilities and HUD subsidized rent for qualified tenants. The unique architectural design provides single story units located in a quiet setting. The Apartments of OWL Creek is for low income persons living with a brain injury and is a cooperative effort of On With Life and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
